The global modular construction market was estimated at $104.01 billion as of 2024. And it is expected to grow from 171 billion in 2025 to 307 billion by 2035.
What are the differences between modular construction and prefabrication?
Modular means that 60-90% of the structure is built off-site, transported to the site, and assembled on-site.
Prefabrication involves building and assembling specific kits off-site and attaching them to the building later.
